In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined (a few lumps are okay, do not overmix).

Gently fold in blueberries.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the hot griddle.
