Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, chili powder, and lemon juice for at least 1 hour (preferably longer).

Heat oil in a large pan. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.

Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, coriander powder, and salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.

Stir in heavy cream. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
